And today I wanted to go ahead and show you what we do for a neck adjustment.

So I’ve got my lovely person here, James, we’re going to do a neck adjustment on him.

So first thing I’m going to do, I’m going to feel his neck.

This way, I can find out exactly where we need to do the adjustment because we want to make sure it’s very specific.

Once I find that place, I’m going to take his head to a gentle turn like this, and then we’re just gonna do a little thrust, just like that.

And I’m going to go to the other side, turn it again, just like that.

And that’s all there is to do in the neck adjustment.
